Our websites are managed using WordPress. By default WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors.

When visitors leave comments on our sites WordPress collects the data [AJ1] shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact forms – [AJ2] from time to time our websites may use a contact form to make it easier for you to contact us. When this happens, a privacy notice will be displayed giving you the information you need to ensure your privacy is protected.

Embedded content from other websites – [AJ3] occasionally our sites may include embedded content (egvideos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
